Broken console? ~

I have a strange situation with console during game. I have to \clear it
almost 4 times per map. (suddenly it's stops, and i can't see text, sometimes my commands are disable - cant do !pip or !pop). I asked few members about it, and they say, that it's strange thing. Can anyone help me with that, or show where to search for solution? I will be really great full for any suggestions.

No on PS4 my ~ is OK. Seems to be some NQ problem then.

console -> if clear just do page down.
commands -> maybe u place space behind it ?. sometimes it doesnt work then

Hey, Rat!
I have been having the same problem sometimes for like a month too.
I hate it too..still dont have a solution for it..just /clear. or scroll down a lot.

don't know if it is the same problem i had some times, but if i use the key "page up" one time and than scroll down with "page down" the console is scrolling again.
i can't say something about admin commands, because i don't use it very often.

Instead of scrolling down.... just press CTRL + END.

This stuff happens when you open console and scroll up and close it WITHOUT scrolling down again. Then when a new map loads the console gets filled with a lot of stuff and you wont be able to see any thing. So always remember to scroll down or press CTRL + END.
