Bug in PS#3?

I was just playing in PS#3 and my gun shoot 2 bullets out of itself 
And my aim is pointing up for no reason... I heard that i was not the only one that had this problem. Can the server owner(s) from PS#3 fix this bug please?

Its not a server bug.
When this happens open your console and see who connects at that specific time.
Its likely that this player uses extended characters in his name, which are hard for the server (NQ) to interpret, and causes random glitches like rapid mouse movements or weapon firing by all players connected.
