!putspec command for players?

Hi if there is already a post about this than sory for that. But i am here to suggest a command for lvl 5 admin users.
It would make more space in teams and make the teams more active.

Reason: Some players go away and they stay in the team that they are in.
They don't go to spectators or disconnect.
