Stupid background

Hi i need help with my background when it is "Awaiting Gamestate"
I got an annoying background when it is awaiting gamestate.
Does somebody know how to remove this crep? I got 300 wolfenstein .pk3 files so i searched those but couldn't find something related to that.
I hope someone knows what to do because i dont want to have that stupid background.

First try delting anything in ETMain that bigins with X or Z like
zzzz_LOpak1

because these are server add-ons that you don't need(generally) for the game to work fine.

Well open the pk3,Open UI Folder,Then open Assests,And there is Background_mask.tga Delete or edit it

Note:This is the longer way, shorter is like Dante said

Good luck searching it between 300 pk3's

Try to clean out your 'etmain' and mod folders from time to time. Too much pk3's can cause problems (not loading or slow starting of ET, not being able to load maps etc.).

Thank you for all this information guys but i already downloade ET all over again like a week ago

Problem solved but still i am stuck with the PS#3 problem.

if i ahve to much files i do it so i sue win search and enter as search mask *.pk3 and let it search in etmain dir to let me show all pk3s then i delete all which are no maps/what is unedaccessy. teh same you do on teh other dirs
