i am really sorry i couldnt give screens coz i dont know how to upload img from my computer,but there was a couple of lossers in my spawn and i was with 100 ping and couldnt get out of spawn coz of them.their names were $VEGAS$ and Garfiel

You saying that you dont know how to upload pictures and demo's it is just easy just go to www.imageshack.us or www.rapidshare.com i recommend rapidshare for your demo's and imageshack for screenshots. If you want to upload demo than just go to www.rapidshare.com and press "Choose a file" and press upload. You dont have to choose if you want to upload with cogent or level #3 or that stuff... If your uploading is complete than the first link is the download link for your demo than simply just post the link on the forums and than your done... If you want to upload screenshots than just go to www.imageshack.us and press "choose file" And choose the butten JPeg and press "Host it!" than you will get all kinds of links just pick the last link on the bottom of page and post that one on forums and than you are done!
Hope this will be clear to you i might post some pictures to show you how to do it.
