He spams alot...
But he breaks much more rules but dont got screens of that...

Edhell's idea is nice.. but cant U let ppl voting on kick/mute ? Often there are no admins, then no1 can stop rulebreakers...

I just had to report...
That guy drove me crazy and this is not the only time...
He did it like 15 min later again but then only 8 times or sth...
Edhell was there aswell when he spammed 15 min later...

Yup. You can get spam protection on NoQu. f.e. 2-3 vsays, then a little cooling down brake for few secs, then you can vsay again...

Cvar was listed double in the server config, last value was set at 15 which matches the screenshot above.
