Hi there !
Since PS1 has HW allowed, there is a huge increase in TK.
Mortar, panzer, flamer, with powerful rifle nade ingame have moved the "light weaponed ps1" on an "huge slaughter battle"...
Even if I think PS1 feel like ps3 more and more, I'm not against these change, but I think a "tkindex" feature (like ps3) would be very usefull.
On server, everybody ask be to !ban and !kick and !whatewer other people because they cant play 10 sec before beeing killed, and sometime I feel completely overwhelmed face of this situation...
If players must be careful to not make TK, it would be a big advantage for the server imho

tkindex is cool but if you shoot with rifle grenade and you hit outher guy and one of your guys that is hate full than
Or when you use mortar and you shoot bang one of your men dead
Or with flamer you or cooking enemys and one noob runs in your flames of your team bang also kick
or with mp40 or outher gun you shoot at outher guys and the guy of your team who has low hp jumps for you and you shoot him dead bang also kick so there must be something to do about that.

tk index is good for normal ppl!
There is more and more post and so people complaining about tks on purpose, blalbla.
The solution is to be vigilant and call an admin or make a record.
All other countermeasures will punish the most of the players who come to PS server to have fun and finally desert the servers.

Every people is equal to others but sometimes some are much equal than others...
Well, enable auto kick for team kills could indeed kick out mad team killers and those who TK on purpose but it will also punish players who accidently kill mates and it s a real problem for me, it s easy to say : put it ON but how many of you will handle the fact to be kicked in a middle of the map cause you accidentaly killed some mates? , for sure it will make people more watchful and more responsible when they have to shoot but the TK is a part of the game, you can be more watchful and do less TKs but avoid team damage is pretty impossible. It will also punish some classes like engeeniers cause their mines, the solution could be to disable team damage for mines but im against the idea so ..., i still have to think about it and have a talk with seby but it can realy be against the fun in our servers and as long i know we never had this system in any of our servers.
Edit : After reading this topic, Warren did a suggestion and i have to say that i find that it s realy somethin to test, the idea is to do an equal amount of damge to the inflictor, it simply mean that if you shoot a teamate and he loose 50 HP you will loose exactly a same amount of HP. It s runin on PS1 now for a test periode.

TK happens a lot with panzer only moost times its becose some team mamber is walkinf into the panzer schot.
Sam thing for morter.
Hope it will not cound for these 2 whapons.

I totally agree... at least only mortar shouldn't be counted on that system
