Hihi , great,
My (and of course with some help from w0lf
and few others ) thread is still alive

EDIT:
When saving <binds> file, make sure that its saving it as .cfg file by choosing "All forms"(w/e its in english, I don't rly know ;P), and after choosing it write .cfg in ur file name's end
in this case
nameless.cfg
EDIT2:
And you can always write ur binds straight into console which is easier in my opinion
:
/bind k vsay cheer ^5We can do it! ^0We can do it!

By the way, did you know that you don't have to spam 1st click with Field Ops trying to call aunt hillary? There's a lightning icon lower to your charge bar, if it is yellow, you can call only artillery, if it is orange, only an airstrike, if it is red, you can't call anything and if it is white, you can call anything. No need to spam cans/1st click in order to call airstrike/artillery.
