Lisa, when jumping mode will be beack?u sed ul keep the etpro for some while not all the time, so can u say wen it will be back?

Well you could ask High Admins to change it to tj.
HA can !ref themselves.

Trusted (low)admins that know the password can change the config too.

Try to use Xfire to contact admins, if you have that.
