FALSE, it wasn't offside cause their was an italian player behind the lines, but he's still part of the game (uefa rule). So 3 fair goals
Anyway, niiiice game
France sucked balls today

False too, it was clearly an off side, the italian player was out involuntry after a contact with Buffon (mean that he s not in purpose action).Anyway as you said it s a part of the game ... Holland totaly deserved the victory and i know one more time why i alwayz loved this team.
About France, it was just a shame for a Vice Champion of the world , hope they will play better this friday, if not we will have a nice kick in the asso.

It couldnt be off-side if there was still an italian player behind, which was the case in this situation. It doesnt matter if he was out, and even behind the lines, involuntarily or not, he was still part of the game. But yes a lot of luck (for us ) involved there

if the ref told that italian guy "get off the pitch, you're injured"...then it would have been off side. This wasn't the case, and the rule then says he's still part of the game. Many people don't know that rule though, even commentators.

Nah, you don't need the permission of the ref to go out if you're injured and Panucci fall outside after being injured, so that wasn't on purpose also...
And i think also the referee (or his assistant) didn't know that rule but only made a mistake, and didn't even consider the italian player outside...
HAHA and almost everybody on PS said NL does not stand a change....

Everything counts...you played better and that goal was mainly an Italy's fault...cou can never completely trust rules or interpretations...they gave the possibility to do it and they lost...Italy's fault
Yes Buffon bodychecked his own player, and he fell behind the line. So no offside =)
It was a really nice game, and Holland deserved to win. But now we have to forget it and focus on France =)

Dont think so. They just judge well in this situation. If a player is behind the line, then the Goalkeeper is drawning the off side line. So the goal was scored in right way and the referees made good desicion.
