you have to have program which you use for making...
some programs:

paint which is in all computers(but is it bad)

second which is best free program GIMP you can search it in google(GIMP is like photoshop but free and you get it on finnish too

)

third is photoshop which is made for profesional photo editing or that kind...
you have to pay for that about 500euro...

i use photoshop

and for sig making you can find tutorials on internet...

and you can download gimp here: http://www.gimp.org/downloads/
