IndyJones got banned for "spawnkilling"

and i don't fully understand why.. it was shortly after i poisoned a covertop (marked with green stars) as on above picture...

You are baned by me. I m specin you since some dayz now after a topic runin about you for SK and TJ for obj (in Member forum) and after i failed catch you doin TJ in saberpeak, u told me a crap story and probably thought that me or admins are tards but well i finaly got you today. U was waitin in the top of the axis spawn and tried to goomba an axis player but he was runin so you failed then you ran after him and poisoned him, pretty enough to have a ban. Now, don t think admisn are tards, blinds or etc ... cause i will show you the contrary every time you want . Stop shitin around and respect rules. You find that our rules sux? just go away and try play other servers but if you want continu play in PS servers , read carfuly our rulebook and don t think that you are the king ...

The ban will be lifted this week end.

i played on few others servers already, but they were all odd, ie had 30 mb 'fun soundpacks', disabling picking weapons as covertops, no mortar cam etc etc. no thanks, i stay here

the rules should be elastic, not constans. i played once on map rochelle and it was bugged - after we delivered bombs, we weren't able to use axis first spawn. effect? axis had both spawns and we couldnt win map, beacuse: we were spawnkilling and we were spawnpassing. the other rule is about teamkilling.. i saw many times teammates disarming my dynamite near objective, just to plant their own. how to stop them? cheers, see u on saturday

Tell me, the dude you spawn killed was also disabling ur dyno or ...? . Anyway, change rules map by map is just impossible and a kind of utopia, rules are rules for all maps and in any situation. If you have problems with players, just call an admin to check it out , that s why we are around and it will avoid you problems. If you realy like playin in our servers you better have to be more watchful since now.

Well, we re not trying to spy every1 on server. But if some1 is doing crap on server when admnins ren't around or just haven't seen it, it doeasn't mean he won't get punish for it. Our goal is to provide a quality and fun game at our field. Rulebreakers can't be tolerated. If U dont obey our rules, u have to count that sooner or later u can be punished.
