The intention differs. When you walk into a room/spawn you usually stay there for a while, unlike a pass through.

Last time i speced a dude who spawn passed 2 or 3 times in Goldrush and in the last attempt he did a goomba on a axis player,

Well he SK'ed while passing, the goomba (SK) is the offence not the passing.

Yep but the passing is the source of the SK, if you don t enter the spawn , guess you have no chance to do SK on purpose or not , so don t spawn pass and avoid beein in Unban request section .

thats players own fault.
for example: ur account ur responsibility, like its not against rules if someone is playing under someones else account, same with this situation: spawnpassing is ur responsibility, but idk im not the guy who makes decisions here, so whats the best solution? because i dont want to brake rules.
btw. its very useful in goldrush.
