reason - 'now its time'. time for what? map colliseum, i was kicked for 'spawnkill' before, BUT - i was going thru command post - to ammo packs. when i was crossing it, allies spawned, and i killed few of them - as self defense.

thats a little bit different

about the situation you was out of this area but instead to go away you went back to about 8 fresh respawned players to throw nades, goomba and shoot them.
btw now it sounds again a bit different from you. at server you said i just cleaned the area. sounds not that you only wanted to pass through this point. because there was also noone around who could blow up that command post at this moment so i simply kicked you.

you could not know who kicked you because when im right there was not only 1 admin around but your first reation when you came back was: whats wrong with you mike.
after he told you that he wasnt the one who kicked you and i told you why you where kicked you told me that you only cleaned this area and that i just should open my blind eyes.

that was the point where i was fed up with you and your arrogant behaviour.

just feeling like the king, rulebreaking and so arrogant thats nothing we realy need on a server where we all want to have some fun.

yeah, i was a bit angry and left et quickly. sorry.

et is a dynamic game. do you really think i could survive against 8 players, camping near health packs? no. i saw engineer behind me, so that's all i could do - clear area for him. it was a 'capturable' spawn, all we had to do is just destroy command post. you can't plan everything, crap happens sometimes (ie going thru command post and suprisingly 8 allied players spawned). command post spawn points are really barely used by players from what i have seen, but that time there were 8 players..

A capturable spawn is a spawn with a flag, not a spawn with a command post.

Code: Select all: Exceptions The SK rule does not apply to capturable spawns, such as flags or commandposts. As long as you are trying to (re)capture the spawn ONLY light weapons (SMG, knife, handgun, grenades etc.) are allowed!

i will unban you now even if i have big doubts that it will stay for long.
see this now as your last chance here at our servers. if you ever do a rulebreak again or talk in such an arrogant way to anyone around here your time will be finished and you dont need to write an unban request again then because there wont be a possibility for an unban any longer.
