banned for why?

hi
i get message every time i attempt to connect to server
"you are banned..."
can anyone tell me why?

my nick is TemP or BiafrA

I had serious problems concerning my connection (network, ping etc)
I wonder if it is related to these?

Its surely related to PunkBuster.

Try enable it, if already enabled, try to disable/reenable it. Check your firewall, be sure both PkBstrA and PkBstrB service are running.

I did n t found any ban about you so seems that the problem is from somethin else and well about PB, it s disabled in PS1 :wink:

i am not sure i understood you correctly...
you are saying i need to get pnkbstB running right?
This happened after i made some changes regarding my profiles How can i get this back? It was always running on my computer once, but even after reboot i do not see it running now? What should i do?

You can d/l PBSCV.exe here : http://www.evenbalance.com/index.php?page=pbsvcfaq.php (link in the first question).

This tool is designed to remove PB, but it can be used to test PB itself (both service, firewall, etc.).

Check if all is working correctly.
