XP problem :(

Well This happened.

*exciting music begins*

12-07-08: Going on holiday.
everything is ok, I played the day before had about 90000xp
told everyone goodbye and off I go.

12-07-08---26-07-08: Holiday
Wasn't much fun but had to stay because of my parents:S

26-07-08: Back from holiday
Back from the holiday, we unpack the caravan, we go to my family and we have dinner.

*exciting music ends and sad music begins*

27-07-08 : WOOOT MY XP
Get on ps1 look around I'm beginning to shoot, everything works very slow. I push tab (player menu) I look at the top of the xp ranking, hm i'm not there, I look down and there I am 6xp :S

I don't know why my xp is gone but I don't like it. I've been away 2 weeks and xp save is 1 month. And i'm not dumb enough to delete my et stuff.

so don't know what happened but I like to have it back (if that's possible)And who might have deleted it and why

*sad music ends*

PS: my admin lvl is still 4
PS: If my xp just walked away please tell me where I can find it

Well, i had same problem with Garfield weeks ago. I checked again and all seems ok and your XP most normaly be saved for one month. I can t get why it works with some and some others loose it , will check it with seby again to see if there is any changes i would missed.

i think its normal that the server just saves XP from ppl for around 1-2 weeks. i noticed that very often in the past, nothing strange with it. if they arent around for that time, the XP is just gone. dunno if there is a command to change that, but i guess not, at least we didn't found a solution for it at ps #2 when i still was owner.

if the xp save is less that month that need to be writen when you go in server

why? for some players xp is as valuable as lvl's.

Too much work really. With ETPub it is fairly easy to restore XP but NQ uses a different system which isnt very editable.

I hope you know that the XPSave at PS1 is currently set at 14 days?

Meaning its 'fairly easy' doesn't mean the entire process is something you can do in 2 mouse clicks

In most (if not every) cases its just not worth it.

The XP save time is somethin we did n t changed when we took the server after Nemesis left, so i ve simply checked if no changes were done or not about XP and believ that the value was for one month, and as long we only began to have problems this 2 last weeks i ve never recalculate the time, so indeed 1209600 represent 14 days and not one month as i thought, anyway the value is changed now and all most works fine now. NP I'm glad that the problem is now over and no one else will have this.
