Why is PS#2 so empty ?

I just come back from my holidays, and I'll try to be online a lil bit more the coming weeks.

Btw I'm still doing the supplies office until PS2 get back a new owner. And if you have some suggestions about the server config, be my guest to open a new topic to discuss about it with other PS2 players. :wink:

When I discovered PS I played ONLY on PS2, BUT! I don't like when there is no server owner around (no changes to server), (I'm NOT adminlevel person) but it would be fair to get some fun cmds, but there also ZERO changes to server, all same maps, you get boring, so I left PS2 and went to PS5 there Sebb gave me 2 levels (not much cmds but I apreciate it) on about 30k XP, and I like Sebbel cause he cares about server, new maps and like minas voting, and so on. Great man is the one who cares about little things....and so on.

And my BIG wish, PLEASE make PS server different, make MAYBE 1 server FF off, fun modes and stuff(soundpacks...), maybe map voting (maybe

).

cuz u have to download them and many new players are so lazy to wait so if they see they must download smth even if download speed is good :wink:

... and as PS2 is quite empty right now, it's surely not a good idea !

Anyway I can still put back the old news pack from the time ichi and I were owners, cause most of you prolly still have it in your NQ folder, but I'm more to wait a lil bit more until PS2 get filled again. :wink:

i like the PS#2 map rotation but i cant do much if there is just other player

maybe admins can think about a short "bottime"

i mean that u can putt bots in the server for a littl time,, there will come players and they stay,, when server is full enough four you...

PS 2 was my first PS server and I'm sad seeing that is almost empty. I think that we need a more active server owner and few changes, like picking up all weapons, and it's not necessary to unlock all heavy heapons, otherwise PS 2 will become a just a mere copy of PS 1 and PS 5 servers. And finally we need a new fresh map rotation, maybe with some new maps that haven't been tried on other PS servers.

Yea,, that wil be great ! only i think we have to holf this map rotation,, his prtty good !

Yeah music was cool... "whats that coming over the hill, is it the owner?"

Weapons are nice as they are atm, but cov ops should be able to pick up all the weapons imo :oops:

Huh, should be able to do so atm... Humm have to check this.

About music and news, well I can still put back the pack neme did with the little song extract 30 sec before the end of the map. And I guess you guys still have this in your NQ folder, don't you ?

About news, well dunno. I can also put back the news pack ichi and I did some months ago. But the fact is that the news command is only available for lvl 18 members and upper (if I remember good) and that sort of person become scarce on PS2 those days.

Tho you guys have to understand that such pack adds will increase the lags for sure whose PS2 oviously doesn't need atm. :wink:

yes PS#5 has PB and is doing well but I think one problem might be PB. I remember well those days when my PB was broken and I couldnt play on servers I would have liked.

But its completely up to owners/mods what settings they have. MAybe keep PS#2 as a bit different one, maybe this is just a unlucky empty moment on PS#2 like PS#1 had a while ago. But I hope this will get better.

But dont forget that on a server that has no PB its alot easier to cheat with detected cheats, and if you humanize them enough the change you get caught is like 0,00001 percent.
