cheat?

is this cheat or something else?

it isnt reaload, becouse reload isnt 3 seconds the same possition from holding the waepon(i've 3 screenshots on my x-fire account(http://www.xfire.com/profile/legenddavies))

looks like just lag

sometimes when you spec someone you can see this kind of things happen, like MG guy looks to ba in wall but he isn't. so i think there is no reason to worry.
