Yep, okay.

Do you get these 'scratchy' sounds when you start up ET without connecting to a server as well (just running ET.exe)? And what about other mods (at PS4 or PS7 f.e.)?

You could check out your /com_soundmegs setting, i believe its standard at 24. And try to set the sound quality at 22 hz, see if it makes any difference at all, if it does it might be a memory issue.

No from this i dont get scraty sounds that works normal to.

At PS4 it is still the same with the scraty sounds and after a while The sound completely falls out :(
OMG at PS#7 the scraty sounds are...are gone o.0

Hmm okay loll :P So it could be a setting after all.
Are you sure it doesn't happen at ETPro, have you tried it a couple of times?

Have you checked /com_soundmegs at every mod?

You might want to clean-out your mod folders as well and run a defrag at your hdd.

No need to delete the whole nq folder, just delete the custom pk3's, its possible that some pk3's with similar sounds are messing around with each other (same for your etpub folder), although im not certain.

Your problem something i never heard or red about so im a bit in the dark as well ;)

EDIT:
lol its only in Computergames like Wolf:ET and guildwars :S
i tryed Guild Wars a sec ago and i got the same problems with my sounds :S.
Its like my games are allergic to sound XD

Maybe it's computer configuration? Im not too good with computer's ;)
But Ricky.... you could try boxes from next door maybe if you wouldn't live in such a "boerengat"(sorry english) where everyone lives 2km away from eachother :P
