the only soundpack i'd accept would be rtcw spirit (original rtcw voice chat sounds etc).

Well, there is not any sound pack of rctw voice chat for et, but there is rctw weapon sound pack

On another server i usually play, the sounds are limited by lvl.

Guests only have minimal sounds, Lvl1 more, Lvl2 more, and so on...
Perhaps this could be an option?

Btw, on this server, there are also old RTCW voices.

in BO some voice commands come with adminlevel, like admin voices.

no it probably wont happen, if you go for the sounds you should come to ps# ? 4 ? or at least thats where i thought the weird sounds were...

but it is definatly annoying havent heard this one, but vanilla still owns them all
