Reload and switch to alternative on one mouse button

Could someone give me an advice, how can I bind Reload and Switch to alternative (sniper zoom, knife throwing, etc.) to the same mouse button? It worked in fresh install as default but since some moment something went wrong and it does not work anymore.

Original ETconfig says bind MOUSE2 "+attack2" but it doesn't work. With this setting I can neither zoom with sniper rifle nor reload.

But a dumb question; are you sure your editing the correct mod (nq) profile and not just the standard etmain profile?

Hi,

Guys, this has nothing to do with scripting. I had this problem too, and you should really put this in FAQ.

Go to Enemy Territory directory, folder NoQuarter, folder Profiles, *your nickname* folder, open etconfig.cfg.

Find seta cg_weapAltReloads "1", change 1 to 0, save the file. Now right click etconfig.cfg, hit Properties and check Read-only. This is because by default it is set to 1 and, for some reason, server switches it back to 1 if you set it to 0.

No more reload while unzooming in FG42 or other sniper rifle. Enjoy!
