so i changed card and installed driver and uninstalled old drivers
tryd out my new card and turns out it can't run perfectly elder of scrolls 4 : oblivion it's quite old game. and the graphics card should run it with no problem and the new ones should run greatly.
so can i do something about it and get my graphics card run better ?

Oeii, from ATI to nVdia, that means you need to remove every single bit of those old ati drivers including registry entries etc. Its like 2 anti-virus programs running at the same time > they bite
It is even advised to do a complete system format (re-install) when switching from 1 brand to the other.
