PB / VIRUS

Hello, i get kicked by pb for

disallowed program/ drivers 80249 (known as gamehack)

i dont have any hacks (yes its true!

) but it might be my virussus, i removed today 400-500 virusses, (infections also)

i hope it also will help to the pb kick problem

anywayz, does anyone have suggestions , tips, information or anything handy like that.

and i repeat, i dont have hacks, i never installed it too.. and didnt tried..

i got same pb prob with other game, also 80249 disallowed prgram/ driver..

since i got the virusses i got that.

so please understand that i dont have hacks, and just want to solve this problem!

400-500 Virus? did n t know that soem are doin some collection of greatest virus around

. Anyway, first begin to intsall a real anti-virus cause it s clear that your actual don t do its job

. Personaly i use AVG 2008 8.0+ad aware and it works pretty well for the moment.

You should change your Firewall/AV software or do something with your internet behavior. :wink:

Things you could do:
- disable background apps (like ICQ, espacially Skype was the reason once)
- check your pc again with another AV (you also could do online-checks)
- update your PB
- ...

i got now spyware doctor .. buyed version..

all thins are everythime deleted now

..

i try update pb, somehow (dont know how manually)

and i used avg 8.0 free edition -> SUCKS , bowy

i found 5 infections..

but with other anti virus. i found tons more, and the possibility to remove them easier.

btw it are not all virusses but infections ;D

i got virusses like

trojan virtumonde or something like that
trojan heur generic
trojan netcrack
riskware keyloggers (3)

etc. etc.

and trojan backdoor generic

samurai better dont try to remove them if you have more than 100 its better to complete format all disks and then install win again because with a certain amount of infections it is possibile that they refresh them self again if one of them get cleard or hide before the antivir

just did a quick scan, and found 1 virus
(virtumonde)

i removed it, (normal way with spyware doctor

)

if im right the virusses will stop soon boarding my pc

Hi peeps, long time after i tried to connect to ps 2 :arrow:

few days

SUCCES XD

after removing some virusses it worked again, no pb kicks.. and still owning ps byrh

no ET atm, still scanning and trying remove EVERYTHING

please dont lock, because it can happen that i get worser problems and seek for answers

i send anywayz a reply if its done / solved

my pc is now continu attacked my virusees. soon pc will reinstall my pc.. so i will lose all stuff, include my etkey

You can always mail the et-key to yourself via gmail or hotmail, or copy it to an usb-stick so you can still get it after formatting your whole pc.

One extra tip, disconnect your ethernet/internet cable whenever you're trying to remove this crap and/or formatting your pc.
Ow wait.. you use a wireless connection.. turn it off or turn of your router.

buy kaspersky internet security license on ebay only 30e for year..
+Lavasoft adware(free)... for sleep serene..
i have tried a lot of antivirus but this is my final solution....
(after format obviously).. good luck...

about save etkey wasnt the problem BUT, my dad toke my comp to the repair guy already

it was a virus couldnt be removed he told. i coulnt even scan and go to configuration etc. only could start some prgrams, and slow pc

exactly,. just copy the folder: "profile" , you can found in :

C:\Archivos de programa\Wolfenstein - Enemy Territory\noquarter and then "profile"

then you paste in the new installation and thats all :wink:
