Well there isnt any 'Chris' in the banlist so you are not banned.
u could try to enter; /pb_cl_enable , in your console see if it helps.

And what kind of message does it give when you connect to ps1?

PS1 im banned on, my step bro is also banned both of us cant play on ps1, his name is "disterbed" we are on a home network but we both have differnet IP's i was thinking that my getway may of been banned i dunno :S.
