Banned for spawnkill?

So uhm, there was temple going on and on second stage (when allies need to get that obj) people started huge spawnkill. They were slapped etc. and warned before kick, nobody got kicked and then I ran THROUGH allies spawn, there was some guy idle and first I ran thru, then I came back a bit and shoot him 3hs and went away.

If this is enough for a ban when others get warned like 666 times before they even get kicked I'm gonna laugh my ass off.

So now, can this admin who seems to be so scared to release his name, kindly unban me and give a polite sorry, or did I get wrong imagination of these servers after so nice people met? This is ridiciously.

Furthermore, posting your topic in 'Admin abuse' without any solid proof (screenshots, demo's) of the abuse is kinda pointless.

and imo thats more like your problem, nothing against you but your methods to stop spawnkill just sucks ass. if you want to stop the spawnkill remove maps like temple and !gib or do some else commands so people would actualy notice that if they're warned. not everyone is looking at the mainchat all the time while they play.

but hey, out of curiosity, show me where i spawnkilled and got warned by bigrat?

Listen carefull jamisflawless in anyhow u cross spawn thats fine by me dunno others,
but come inside our spawn and nade and then even shoot someone dead at ammo cabine in allies spawn thats gonna bit to far,
we all changes names once awhile when we're playing we all do for fun,
and besize its not u who sk first at temple final but each time temple is on
ppl go start sk and some admins and include me as canidate get a bit ride off for it,
we also warn and me slap a few times no wonder i was stay spec and watching the ally spawn exitrs continue,
and then damelon spam like over 10 times in RED COLLOR. next who spawnkill get perm banned.
so be glad ur banned for 6days.
so now u can also feel and plz think before posting that damelon suck on warning for sk.
if u know the hole story of it,
and ur maybe nr 6-7 who got kicked warned banned this afternoon / evening.
and then still u should the chat carefully that we say no sk.

now iam dealing out but plz dont say sucks or we cant handle real names or blablabla admin commands. cause we can.
the biggest sucks there is that ppl sk and even come here complaining cause it was their own fault,

Jamis i get your point about warning but i m also with Damelon. The reason is that when you have about 40 players and only one or two admin checkin about insults, spams, rulebreaking etc ..., it will be hard to give each one a nice warn to be a good boy , we do enough global warns for all in the server, in a crap SK map like Temple i even pause the game and warn all about SK etc ... but i still have to kick/ban people after that. You all know about SK and what you risk and sry to say that but you have to forget the idea that you will have automaticaly a warn befor a kick/ban , for sure we do it when we are enough and have time and the situation is under control but when the admin is alone and have much to do, you have to take all global warns in mainchat and also warn for others like a direct warn for you, and it must be enough to be more watchful about how and where you shoot. I notice that many push the limit thinkin that at least they will just have a warn if ever they are busted, well i m here to say that it s a wrong idea, don t try it cause you can have some bad surprise .

Maybe you did a mistake and we all could do it but acceptin errors and consequencies is also a sign of maturity for me.

on every ps server we got a flag in red letters appearing every few minutes saying to you:

dont spawnkill - we will ban

so sure its better for every player, special for newbies if there is a direct personal warn... but.. well.. this message justifies every sk ban if u want to discuss it to the end

and im not an evil admin to ban ppl perm for sk anymore, and i never ban without warn...your warn just given by an another admin and you still did the same...think about it...and see you in 6 days..

As I said before, I accept that I -DID- spawnkill -ONE- people, but that was when I was going -THROUGH- the spawn. I'm acting mature here, but I'm just really curious -WHEN- I exactly did the spawnkill earlier? Because I couldnt notice anyone warning me nor I even spawnkilled before the first time when, again, I was going through allies spawn, and then I got banned.

Please, show me a demo where I'm spawnkilling the first time. Because I certainly DID, I repeat, DID NOT spawnkill anyone beside the story I'm telling you for like 666th time now.

- About that, I never came -inside- allies spawn, never threw a nade there nor shoot someone dead on the ammo cabins after nade, as I've told I just came from outside of temple, decided to go where the fight is and then walked through the spawn, I never entered the area that allies spawn nor threw any nade there. Thats my point there mate, as you said, it's fine with you and so it should be with the one who banned me, because I'm really feeling innocent here after seeing 10 guys doing spawnkill for 25minutes and getting warned 10times before they're even kicked and then I'm banned for six days without a warn or a real excuse.

And now I'd certainly like to see the demo where I'm spawnkilling and warned. Before that you owe me apogolize imo. This case didnt really give me the best picture of the community and the admins doing the stuff on the server. OKAY, I know, you have 6 (?) servers running and 40 people playing and just a couple of people here to watch for spawnkill, cheaters and all that stuff. Mistakes happen, everyone does mistakes, but if you cant admit that YOU did the mistake there I'm afraid I have nothing else to say than *beep* you and I'm switching server.

And dont get me wrong, I'm not saying *beep* you unless you cant prove that I spawnkilled and got warned because - I DID NOT - , and if you cant even after that tell me you were wrong then we're going to this stage.

I've noticed it and I never go into spawnkilling, just read my previous posts and you get my point there. And by the way, nice servers you have, good ping and stuff.

I warned U for SK, I don't remember well now, coz it was a mess on server, but it was nasty and clear SK. And I dont have a demo. I don't record demos if someone just SK. What U expect now? U did wrong thing -> warn, u did the same wrong thing -> ban. The rules are simple and clear. We all respect rules, we try to keep our servers clean and nice. And U just ruin our fun.

sorry for my little add, since i have nothing to do with this ban, but me as highadmin feel like add my 2 cents to this kinda story, before i move into my beautiful vacations. flawless is well known as troublemakers on our server, prolly saby is a good friend of you, greetz to her from icy she sure remembers me.

anyway, admin saw u spawnkilling and admin decided to give u a 6 day ban. there is no freaking guidline that he even have to warn you and im sure he did. so please dear jamis, walk a step down from your kingdom and think about your posts and your behavior at all in it. Okay firstly thank you BOWDOWN for opening the topic again.

I want to apogolize for my reactions about this whole case, hopefully you understand that I didnt want to rage and flame anyone by doing this topic and with my replies, seems like I've just been blind and didnt notice the warnings there was given. Therefore, I would like to apogolize Damelon for my reactions, you're an server admin with alot responsibility and ofc sometimes mistakes happen, this time I was just being blind and whole thing was my fault.

Hopefully you accept my apology and we both can keep on fragging without being down on eachother.
