Port Forwarding in ET
Hi! My ping isn't so good, and I'm tring to improve it. Do you think I need to foward port in my router? If yes, which port ET use? Thanks for any advice!

Do you experience lag or drop-outs as a result of your ping?
I don't think forwarding ports will help you improve your ping. The game can either connect to the necessary port or it can't.
Anyway the following ports are used by both ET and PB:
I think you get better results by changing various ingame settings such as /rate and /cl_maxpackets. What are your current settings?

I've just applied rate and cl_maxpackets, but i don't setup the other parame. Thaks for advices! My ping generally is 100-120 when server is crowed
