If U dont know how use poison needles, its pretty simple 
First, be medic (sometimes in everyclass can do it)
Then use syringer to the enemy who isnt struggling on the earth (I mean still alive
) So use it standing still or running etc people. One some servers, its also nades. Press 4 twice and u see that syringer thingy again. Then just do what i said before :/ (Yapi. Bad englishi)
