Permanent Ban

Hallo all & admins,

I don't know, if this is the right point to write this, but I got this night (1.11.08 arround 2:00 on prime squad 1) a permanent ban from an admin (I don't know who it did). I was so surprised, because there was no warning before this ban (no !warn, no !burn, no !gib). At this ban I got the message: "No arty at exit of spawn". The map was goldrush and I fired with mortar on the first exit of the axis second spawn and the fire was on the point between the stairs and the exit. Actually I thought it would be allowed to fire there. It was out of the spawn and there are two further exits left. And even if it wouldn't be allowed, than there should have been a warning or a kick before a permanent ban, I think. I am very sad of this, because I loved playing ET on your server prime squad 1.

Could you please delete this permanent ban??? That would be very nice :-)

As you said I warned you once for sk at the axis spawn exit. And I just got killed at the very same point 2 minutes later by one of your mortar rounds. Double sk + warn = ban.

No technical !warn true but my verbal warn should have been enough imo (even if I know I was "undercover" > sneaky cause I know ppl barely pay attention to a guy named "bored" who you never saw on serv).

OK for your unban anyway.

Sorry Soulblade, I didn't see the first warning in the hotness of the fight. And I didn't even know, that it would be forbidden to mortar in front of this exit. But if it is the rule than it is like it is .-)

So, thanx for the permission to be back on your server. I really love to play there :-)

And with that mortar... I didn't play often with the mortar... and have to get used to it ;-)

Just to complete my answer a bit. Be careful with mortar. It's a big and powerful weap as you know and mortar breath cover quite a large area. Aka : can result of some sk's even if you didn't target the spawn but the the very close area. :wink:
