now NQ v1.2.3 is supported by pb....
by default it's disabled on ps1... why?
it can increase a bit the lag but i don't think that this is the question..
maybe becouse is more funny for admins bust cheaters?

some ppl cant play on pb cause they have problem with their pc (no ban i mean)
like viduus.

and i think ps1 is since begining not use punkbuster,
so i guess it wont be enable at all.

Ok, so to be short and simple :

For me PB cause more problems than resolve, it s not realy accurate against lateset cheats and can also cause some lags. We have other servers runin with PB, so i want give an alternative to those who don t like or have problems with PB . And about cheaters, no, it s not realy so fun to track cheaters around, but we have enough admins to handle it and as i know PS1 is still not a cheater's kingdome.

PB is still kicking people at NQ 1.2.3 servers, there isn't a fix for that problem yet (apart from a useless workaround). Otherwise we would have updated PS2 and 5 already

no pb needed, we have a nice !ban cmd for the cheaters and imo our eyes is the best Pb version

I don't have doubt... i know that the high admins can recognize without problem some full cheat installed...
but for the players that use a boosted cvars profile...? it's so easy?
anyway no prob i can play also wthout pb it was only a question..
