Postby Harpix » Sun Jan 18, 2009 21:34

Is this a common problem or do i have to be worried?

What kind of crash?
Did the whole ET crash or?

Be sure you have your restricted drivers installed.

It might help if you could execute it in console and show what error messages it gives.

Well you can check ur crash logs, to see what causing the problem.

Also if you were running ET full screen and it crashed try ctrl+alt+backspace
it will restart ur X.

I think checking the logs will be most helpful so: Click on System menu > Choose Administration > System Log

This is a nice explanation for log viewer http://www.cyberciti.biz/faq/ubuntu-lin ... og-viewer/

ty for the advice :)
It was the driver of my graphic card... Didnt fully supported mine.
Now it works.
Sadly for one reason or another i have to press shift+number to switch weapon...
Any solution for that? Since all the primary functions of those keys are unbindable i could change it...
