Complaint: Inciting.

Hey there, I just got banned for telling someone to go *beep* himself, which I think is correct action.
However! this person incited me by yelling "FAKING BLOKER", yes all in capital letters, after he got killed by an allied becouse i was trying to get past him and he was running the other way.
I can understand its upsetting for someone but why would I allow someone to yell at me, curse at me, and see him not get banned or anything, however upon my response it was an immediate ban.
About the ban i don't care, however it concerns me that the moderaters let an inciting term first drop, then ban the one responding to such harsh language.
I do not have to take any of this stuff from anyone in an online community, yet i think its strange that the admin sees no harm in such a inciting comment but does see the harm in a what i deem; Appropriate response to such a comment.
I would like to see your thoughts, advice or critics about the incitement from one player which will most likely get the other one awnsering banned; since this originates not from the latter but the one to drop the first curse.

So first think, you are not banned but only kicked
.
Second, the mute would be more appropriate.
And finaly Buu was wrong, you both deserved same punishement, not fair to kick you and only warn other dude, i will tell him about.
So, if a dude is using a bad language, why you do same? if you see somebody acting noobish, do you seriously think that doing same is a wise think? For me you have same reposnability than the first one, no more no less .
Now, back to server and have fun and try to moderate your emotions next time and don t care about craps from other dudes, just warn admins about, if they don t take any actions, just tell them that its their duty and that s why they wear our tags, the dude will be muted and you will not loose few minutes in forum .

well ye i shoudl kick u both and second before i said next swear i kick (a lot of swearing before,mute was good for first 5 ppls ..) i just thought that anus (...) was little bit non that offensive as u all see i;m not massive banner or kicker i do it olny when i must and really after that non offical warn to all/special for anus (...) every1 start to action normal. I won;t sorry to you about kick but olny about maybe unfair decision.
next time don;t swear it will save u a lot of nerves and time spend on writning such a topics

thanks for the reply, however being kicked wasnt really my concern since the moderator acted the right way however is there not any other way to penalize incitement?
Incase you dont know or are wondering, Incitement is what happens if someone is offended by someone else's remark / action.
What concerns me is that more and more on PS1 spawnkill, teamkills. and bad language is occuring, the first two van be easily resolved, however the last one can leave feelings of revenge or anger with the other player, for example i have seen it happen that i got teamkilled on purpose on a certain moment by another player whom i accidentally shot
(even appologized)
If this starts happening becouse someone says something the server will be utter chaos, which it is supposed to be, but FUN chaos, not just overflowing with hate for each other.
