1st to all, trick jump in grobbery isnt allowed (kill other allies and revive him for push him for the ladder), because you try to go for the objetive...so, this guy Fluffy (with 13000xp from belgium, i dont know exactly who is he) deserve it a warn..i will talk with him for be clear about our rules.

I think a solution for this situation is to set lower the spawn shild.
I meaning the time after reviving.

Only solution there is is warning and kicking/banning those ultralamers.

We wont change our settings because some guys try to ruin a map. Try to help us admins by recording/screenshots so we can easier clear the server off lamers.

Well, it s nothing new since we always warn and punish people on grave robbery when they don'tuse the "normal" ways to get the obj. Now, i will just do a a lil clarification cause i don t want any misunderstanding for admins/members who will read your reply : the ban can only be temp (1-2 days) and only be the last issue when the player is a long regular who have a enough experience on our servers and acknowledge about PS rules or when a player had enough warns/kicks and still keep ignoring them , a ban don t have to be automatic and without taking into concideration the player's statu and behaviour .

Am I right that jumping on a teammates head for constructing ladder is also a trickjump? In my point off view it is, since you use an way for the obj that isnt meant to use it in this way.

i think not...i did a few times in minastirith (in the level 1), i was engeneer, and i jump in some intelligent player, who put his body waiting for my jump...no tj and no cheat (my point of view), but i dont know what bowy think...

imo its tj too, if it isnt lets imagine situation when u can use someone body to jump on it and jump over for example wall.

the same in robbery, normal jump not allow u to stay alive, u have to use there someones body or other trick to land there safe.

i just cant imagine see 1 admin !kick !ban (1 or 2 days) or whatever for just jump in the body of other allies (i think this is very strange situation, not happen usually).
You are not doing nothing wrong (no tk, no push) and you are not using no quarter settings (double jump, trick jump)...if you play in other mode, you can do it anyway.
Anyway, my point of view, i will follow what owners say.

I don't punish for an trickjump, I only don't want that in this way the objective is getting reached. Maps should be played like they are meant to played= no using bugs or unfear features.

So look at minas, there is way to go and plant dyna/take obj if u will use someones body to jump on it

Imo there is some path to make obj in map and going around that path is just

kind of cheat. Like in robbery, if there is ledder to build just use other way to

Our discussion between Smadje, wuju and me is in a good way, we have a good relation. We cant see all the same. I never see 1 admin use commands because someone jump in the body of other allies (in minas 1st level or grave robbery in the ladder).
but you have to come here and , like always, write something in your arrogant way, like you know all, for you information, im not who have a long topic in member forum .i hope you cant write anymore here soon, because you write all shit words, since long time ago.

Well, we don t realy talk about a classic trickjump there but i already told it above, we want players to play for obj which is in the end the final goal of each map but by using "normal" ways, and i only know those imagined and designed by the map creator, all others can be qualified as tricks, cheats or whatever you want, not a big deal when they have no impact on objectives but they can t be tolertared when they change the issue of the map. So, no need to make exceptions here and there, it will just make it more complicated for admins and players, follow the ways and steps allowed by the map itself to accomplish the objectives which mean that for me it s also not allowed to jump on your buddies heads


Ps: Beti and Diamond, next time make private your domestic row cause no one is realy intereseted. I will let open this topic if some want to add their opinion on the debate but don t be surprised to see your replys removed if it have nothing to do with the subject and is only about cockfights.
